How to Install the universal cable tie mounting block ?

1. Cut the extrusion to length and clear the slot of chips, burrs and cutting fluid.

2. Place the block on the profile at the point where the cable needs a fixing point. There is no slot size to match first, because the part is universal.

3. Fasten the block at the 6.5 mm hole shown on the drawing, using the fixing your frame design calls for. If you are not sure which fixing suits your profile, send us the profile drawing and we will confirm it.

4. Run the cable along the profile at the height and on the side you need.

5. Pass a cable tie around the cable and through the block, close the tie, pull it snug against the cable bundle, and trim the tail flush so nothing protrudes.

6. Repeat at whatever spacing the run needs. To move a fixing later, cut the tie, unfasten the block, reposition it and tie again.
