Stainless Steel Leveling Feet 4005 Series, Adjustable Leveling Feet, SS304 Leveling Feet, Leveling Feet for Aluminum Profile, Threaded Leveling Foot, Stainless Steel Leveling Feet for Conveyor Frames China Factory Manufacturer
Stainless steel leveling feet from MINDE give machine frames, workstations and conveyor lines a stable footing on uneven shop floors. Each foot combines a machined stainless steel base with a threaded stud, so one part carries the frame load and corrects the height gap between the frame and the floor.
The range covers three base diameters, D60, D80 and D100 mm, and four metric thread sizes: M10, M12, M16 and M20, all in a 100 mm stud length. Nine catalog part numbers cover the common combinations. A machine design can therefore step up to a larger base without changing thread standard, drawing conventions or supplier.
Every foot in this range is made of stainless steel SS304 with a plain finish. SS304 is the grade commonly specified for frames in humid, washdown and hygienic areas, and because the surface is unplated there is no coating to chip or peel while the frame is adjusted and re-leveled.

Stainless Steel Leveling Feet
How It Installs:
1. Check the parts against the drawing. Before any drilling, confirm the part number, base diameter, thread size and stud length (for example 4005.080.002 = D80-M16*100) against the frame drawing and the floor gap to be corrected.
2. Measure the floor and the frame. Set the frame in position, measure the gaps under each foot position and mark the drilling or tapping points. Frames that must stand level on a sloped floor need the highest gap measured first.
3. Choose the mounting option from the table above and prepare the frame base accordingly.
4. Insert the foot. Thread the stud in by hand first. Turn it by hand until it seats, then finish with a wrench on the stud or the base. Never force a cross-threaded stud, and never grip the plain stainless surface with a pipe wrench.
5. Set the height. Place a spirit level across the frame in both directions. Adjust diagonally opposite feet in turn, a little at a time, until the frame reads level and all feet carry load.
6. Lock the foot. Where a nut is used, tighten it against the frame to stop the stud rotating under vibration. Tighten to the torque stated on your assembly drawing; do not overtighten a stainless thread.
7. Final check and re-check. Confirm that no foot is hanging free and that the frame does not rock or twist. Re-check the level and the locking nuts after the first 24 hours of operation, then at each service interval.
8. Maintenance. Inspect the feet for loosening, thread damage and surface staining at every planned service. Clean with a soft cloth and a mild detergent, avoid chloride-based cleaners, and replace a damaged foot promptly rather than re-tightening it.
Applications:
Machine guards, workstation and assembly benches, conveyor frames, packaging lines, automation production lines, laboratory and cleanroom frames, food processing equipment and other aluminum profile structures that must stand level on an uneven floor.
FAQ
What material are these leveling feet made of?
The base and the threaded stud are made of stainless steel SS304 with a plain finish, so the foot resists corrosion in humid workshop conditions.
Which base diameters and thread sizes are available?
Bases: D60, D80 and D100 mm. Threads: M10, M12, M16 and M20. The threaded stud length L is 100 mm. Other lengths and sizes are available on request.
Can I order other lengths or sizes?
Yes. Other lengths and sizes are made on request. Send the required D-M*L combination or a drawing and our engineers will quote it.
Do you supply a lock nut or an anti-slip pad with the foot? The catalog part is a plain stainless steel foot. Matching profile threaded base plates and end covers from the MINDE T Slot Floor Elements range can be specified with your order.
What is the load capacity of each part number?
Rated load depends on the base diameter, the thread size and the mounting method. Send your application details and the rated load for that part number will be confirmed on the drawing.
How do I install the feet on an aluminum profile frame?
Thread the stud into a tapped hole in the frame base, or into a profile threaded base plate, set the height with a spirit level, then lock the foot against the frame. The full steps are listed on this page.
Are the feet suitable for washdown areas?
SS304 resists corrosion in humid and lightly washed environments. For constant washdown or high-chloride areas, confirm the material grade with our engineers before specifying.
