we build the square flange adjustable feet as one square unit, a black nylon body that you fix to the frame through a flange, plus a zinc plated carbon steel spindle that sets the height.

Square body, not a round base. We build the 4021 foot around a square nylon body in 30, 40 and 45 mm, so it suits a square frame instead of looking like a round foot bolted onto one.

Two edge slots. The slots on the top and bottom edge, N on the drawing, give you a strap or bracket fixing when a corner bolt will not reach.

Height set by the spindle. A zinc plated carbon steel spindle does the adjustment, and the L dimension runs from 35 mm up.

Black nylon body. We mould the body in nylon, so there is no coating to chip, nothing to rust, and no paint to touch up.

Two body profiles. Profile B and profile I let you match the body shape to the frame design you already have on the floor.

How It Installs:

Check the frame face. Hold the foot against the frame where it will sit and confirm the flange lands flat, with no weld bead or seam in the way.

Match A to the frame. Measure across the frame section and take the 30, 40 or 45 mm part that matches it.

Set the height first. Turn the spindle to the height you need while the frame is still supported on blocks.

Bolt the flange. Fit the four corner screws and tighten them evenly, working diagonally across the flange.

Use the edge slots when you need them. Where a corner hole cannot be reached, run a strap or bracket through the N slots on the top and bottom edge.

Level the frame. Check the aluminum profile frame with a spirit level along its length and across its width, adjust the spindles, then walk the perimeter and re-check.

Keep the spindle thread clean and lightly oiled, wipe the nylon body with mild detergent, and re-check the flange screws after the first shift. Never hammer the body or use the foot as a jacking point.
