Part No. 2704.010.002 is a nylon glass retainer block that connects glass plates and flat panel materials – polycarbonate, acrylic and composite boards – to Slot 10 aluminum extrusion. Where the Slot 8 retainer serves compact frames, this block is sized for the wider 10 mm channels found on larger, load-bearing structures: heavy machine guarding, big display walls, partition screens and enclosure framing.

Secure glass & panel fixing: slides into the 10mm T-slot and clamps panel edges firmly with an integrated M6 metal thread insert – no drilling of the profile required.

Its precision T-slot foot (9.7 mm base) engages the 10 mm channel, letting you slide the retainer into position anywhere along the frame before locking down. A metal M6 threaded insert sits at the center of a Ø10 mm boss, giving the screw head a positive, centered seat for consistent clamping. The square seating face supports the panel edge over a wide bearing area, spreading load and keeping glass clear of metal-to-glass contact.
