Assembly in 5 Steps
1. Position
Place the corner bracket across the joint where the two 90-series profiles meet, aligning the mounting slots over the profile grooves.
2. Insert
Slide the T-bolts through the bracket’s elongated slots and into the profile T-grooves on both faces.
3. Secure
Fit washers and nuts onto the bolts. Keep them finger-tight so the bracket can still slide.
4. Align & Torque
Adjust the bracket to the exact position, check squareness, then torque all fasteners to spec with a hex key.
5. Finish
Snap the black cover cap over the bracket face to conceal all hardware – a clean, finished corner in seconds.
