Profile Cable Fixing Blocks, Aluminum Profile Cable Holder, Aluminum Profile Cable Management, T-Slot Cable Tie Mount, Profile Cable Tie Mounting Blocks China Factory Manufacturer
Fixing a cable to an aluminum profile normally means one of three compromises: drilling the extrusion, sticking an adhesive pad onto the profile face, or looping a cable tie around the frame where it slides out of the slot. Our Slot 10 cable tie mounting block removes all three. The block seats in the profile T-slot, a standard cable tie takes the load, and the profile itself is never drilled, bonded or cut.
Made for Slot 10 profiles. Listed for the Profile B series, so the block matches the slot you already have rather than being shimmed to fit.
No drilling, No adhesive, No extra hardware. The block locates in the slot and the cable tie does the holding, so the profile face stays unmarked and no screws, nuts or brackets enter the bill of materials.
A standard cable tie does the holding. Nothing proprietary to re-order – the nylon cable ties you already stock do the work.
Repositionable in seconds. Cut the tie, slide the block to its new position, tie again. The extrusion is untouched.
Black as standard. Other colours on request for OEM builds and branded machines.
Profile Cable Fixing Blocks
Typical Applications:
Machine frames and guarding, assembly workstations and benches, conveyor side frames, control cabinets and enclosure framing, test rigs and laboratory fixtures, and exhibition or display structures – wherever the frame is built from Slot 10 extrusion in the Profile B series.
It suits machinery where the cable run leaves the profile and needs a clean tie-down point rather than a loose loop, and where the fixing has to stay put through vibration and repeated handling. Send us the profile drawing or the cable bundle size you are working with and we will confirm the fit.
How to install the profile cable fixing blocks block ?
1. Place the block on the profile so its base enters the slot channel and the body sits against the profile face, positioned as shown on the drawing.
2. Run the cable along the profile and on the side you need.
3. Pass a cable tie around the cable and through the block, close the tie, pull it snug against the cable bundle, and trim the tail flush so nothing protrudes.
4. Repeat at whatever spacing the run needs.
5. To move a fixing later, cut the tie, slide the block along the slot and tie again. The extrusion is not damaged and the block is reusable.
