Carbon Steel Nylon Leveling Mounts, Adjustable Feet, Machine Feet, Equipment Mounts, Machine Foot Cups, Carbon Steel Levelling Feet with Nylon Base China Factory Manufacturer
We build the same nylon base foot in two materials, and carbon steel nylon leveling mounts are the value version. The stud and the base plate come in carbon steel with a plated finish, and the black nylon base is the part that reaches your floor. On a dry indoor floor you get the same clean contact as our stainless version and you pay less for it.
Nylon base, plated steel stud. We keep the black nylon base that protects floors and swap the stainless stud for plated carbon steel, so the foot costs less on a floor that stays dry.
One part number comes zinc plated. 4015.080.004 keeps the D80 base and the M10 stud in zinc, which is the everyday choice for a frame nobody looks at.
Nylon takes the floor contact. No steel touches your tiles or vinyl, no rust ring if the floor gets damp, and the frame stays quieter than it does on a steel base.
Short studs for low frames. 30 mm on the D40 row and 50 mm on two of the others, so the stud does not stand out of a shallow panel.
Made in our own factory. We have produced aluminum profile accessories and automation components at Ningbo Minde Technology Co., Ltd. since 2004, and we export to more than 35 countries. The factory runs to ISO 9001, our products pass SGS environmental testing, and they meet the EU RoHS directive.
We sell it as a leveling foot. Our customers also ask for adjustable feet, machine feet, machine mounts, foot cups, screw feet, support feet, cabinet feet, appliance feet and glides.
Carbon Steel Nylon Leveling Mounts
How It Installs:
1. Measure the gap. Put the frame where it will run and write down the gap under every foot position.
2. Choose the fixing. Tap the plate and thread the stud in, drill a clearance hole and lock the stud with two nuts, or fit a MINDE profile threaded base plate. Check the stud length still reaches the floor with the nylon base under it.
3. Set the height with the frame in place. Load the frame first, then adjust, so the nylon base sits under real weight.
4. Level the frame. Work diagonally across the frame with a spirit level, then walk the perimeter and re-check.
5. Lock the height. Tighten the lock nut against the plate. Do not use the nylon base as a jacking point.
6. Check the base. The nylon base should sit flat on the floor with no grit, weld spatter or swarf trapped under it. A trapped chip is what makes a frame rock.
7. Service the foot. Wipe the plated surface, touch up a scratch with zinc-rich paint, keep oil and solvents off the nylon base, and re-check the nuts after the first shift.
Applications:
Laboratory equipment, medical equipment, display stands, shelving units, electronic enclosures, vending machines, furniture frames and light machines.
FAQ How is this foot different from your stainless version with a nylon base?
The base is the same black nylon. The stud and the base plate come in plated carbon steel instead of SS304, which suits a dry indoor floor and costs less.
Will the plating chip in service?
A plated surface picks up marks when a frame gets dragged or a tool slips. Touch the spot up with zinc-rich paint and it stops there. Where the floor runs wet, take the stainless version.
Will the foot mark my floor?
No. Nylon meets the floor rather than steel, so the surface stays as it is.
How much load does one foot carry?
Load depends on the base, the thread, the stud and the way you fix the foot. Send the frame load with the number of feet and we will come back with the rated load.
Can you make another base or a longer stud?
Yes. Tell us the base, the thread and the stud length, or send a drawing, and our engineers will quote it.
