Adjustable Profile Leveler Legs, Non-Slip Leveling Feet, Anti-Vibration Leveling Feet, 100 mm Stud Leveling Foot, Compact Base Leveling Feet China Factory Manufacturer

This is our simple stainless foot. No pad, no coating, just SS304. You thread it in, set the height, then tighten the nut. It holds a bench, a cabinet or a small machine steady on a floor that is not flat.

This adjustable Profile leveler legs range starts at a 40 mm base, so a light bench or a cabinet gets a proper foot instead of an oversized one.

A 70 mm base that fills the gap. Most suppliers jump from 60 mm to 80 mm. We added 70 mm for frames that sit between the two.

A small thread to match. M8 is the smallest thread in our range, and it suits light frames and thin plates.

Plain SS304, nothing to chip. No coating, no pad, just stainless. It wipes clean and it holds up in a humid room.

Simple to fit. Turn the stud in by hand, set the height with one wrench, tighten the nut. No special tools.

One stud length to keep in stock. Every part in this range uses a 100 mm stud, so your store keeps one length.

Ten part numbers, four bases. Pick the base by frame size and the thread by load, then reorder by number.

Made by us, not traded. We machine these at Ningbo Minde Technology Co., Ltd., hold ISO 9001 certification, pass SGS environmental testing and comply with the EU RoHS directive.

How to pick your size:
Pick the base first.
A 40 mm base suits a bench, a cabinet or a display frame.
A 70 mm base suits a small machine or a light rack in a tight space.
An 80 mm base and a 100 mm base suit heavier equipment.

Then pick the thread. M8 and M10 carry light frames. M12 and up suit heavier ones.

One more thing: if the floor is smooth and the frame slides, take our rubber pad range instead. It grips better.

How It Installs:
1. Measure the gap. Put the frame where it will work and measure the space under each foot. The stud is 100 mm, so check that it fits before you drill.

2. Pick the base. Small frames take the 40 mm or 70 mm base. Bigger equipment takes 80 mm or 100 mm.

3. Pick the thread. M8 and M10 suit light frames. M12 and up suit heavier ones.Clean the hole. Remove the burrs. A burr under the foot tips it and the frame will not sit flat.

4. Thread it in by hand. Turn the stud in until it seats. If it feels tight at the start, back it out and start again.

5. Level the frame. Use a spirit level in both directions. Turn the feet a little at a time until the frame sits flat and every foot carries weight.

6. Tighten the nut and check again. Lock the height with the nut, then look at the level once more after the frame has run for a day. Wipe the feet with water and a mild detergent when you service the machine.

Applications:
Benches, cabinets, small machines, display frames, light storage racks, measuring equipment, lab tables and clean dry rooms.

FAQ
Do I need the rubber pad version?
Only if the floor is smooth and the frame slides. On a normal workshop floor this plain foot holds fine.

How do I pick the thread?
Match it to the load and to the plate. M8 and M10 suit light frames, and M12 and up carry heavier equipment.

How much load does each foot carry?
It depends on the base, the thread and the way you mount the foot. Send the frame load and the number of feet and we will confirm it.

Do you make other lengths or sizes?
Yes. Send us the size you need and we will quote it.
