Minde I2020 is a flexible t slot cover that closes the 5 mm T-slot on I profile aluminium extrusions. We mould the cover strip in TPV with a 5.3 mm base, a 17.2 mm ribbed top face and an 8.5 mm body, so it presses into the slot and bends with the profile. Because the section flexes, it follows curved frames and radius runs that a rigid plastic cover cannot reach, and we supply it in coiled rolls of 50 m and 100 m, so one length covers a long run without joints. The closed slot line keeps dust, chips and offcuts out of the channel. Black comes as standard, and we produce other colours and surfaces to order.

How to Install the 5mm Slot Cover for I2020 Aluminium Profiles?
Step 1: Clean the Profile Slot
Remove dust, oil, metal chips and other debris from the 5mm slot.

Step 2: Measure the Required Length
Determine the length of the I2020 aluminum profile section that needs to be covered.

Step 3: Cut to Length
Cut the strip to the required length using a suitable cutting tool.
