Assembly in 5 Steps
1. Position the bracket across the 90° corner of the two profiles.
2. Insert two bolts through the bracket slots into the profile channels.
3. Fit washers and tighten the nuts onto the bolts.
4. Snap the cover cap onto the bracket.
5. Finished: a rigid, clean, screw-free corner.

Reinforced Casting, Real Stiffness
The bracket is die-cast from aluminum alloy with integrated reinforcing ribs along its sides. Combined with a 41 × 41 mm footprint, the structure distributes joint loads evenly into the profile, resisting flex and vibration better than thin pressed brackets.
