June 1, 2024 – NINGBO MINDE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "MINDE") is pleased to announce the commencement of its restructuring and the establishment of two new companies to enhance global customer service, operational efficiency, and market focus.
NINGBO JD AUTOMATE CO., LTD. (JDA CORPORATION): This newly established headquarters company will assume overall strategic direction and management responsibilities for MINDE's global operations.
NINGBO JDA IMP & EXP CO., LTD. (JDA): Dedicated to international sales and customer support, this subsidiary will handle all export transactions and provide comprehensive assistance to MINDE's overseas partners.
Effective Date and Impact
Commencing June 1, 2024, JDA will take full responsibility for MINDE's international sales activities. We kindly request our valued customers to acknowledge and follow this notification and extend their understanding and cooperation during this management upgrade and restructuring phase.
Establish a clear division of responsibilities: JDA CORPORATION will oversee strategic planning and market direction, while MINDE will focus on manufacturing and JDA will handle international sales and services.
